    My right eye was continually weeping and I was diagnosed with lower lid punctal stenosis and punctal eversion which apparently is a narrowing of the tearduct channel causing overflowing of tears. The specialist did a procedure on it to widen the channel, but it didnt help. I decided to buy a steam therapy wand, and within two days it had made a tremendous difference.
