Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 90 days from the date you received your order.
  • The product must be in reasonable condition — it may show signs of normal use, but must not be excessively damaged, modified, or misused.
  • You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout for verification.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 90-day return window has expired
  • Items that have been intentionally damaged, disassembled, or modified
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Warranty add-ons (Lifetime Warranty) once a warranty claim has been fulfilled

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer support team to request a return:

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization, the return shipping address, and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning a defective or damaged item so we can provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a replacement.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again, as processing times may vary.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@calmii.de and we will investigate promptly.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@calmii.de.

  • Before shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After shipment: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Refund Policy.
