Thank you for shopping with Calmi™ (operated by Ecom Warriors LLC). Below you will find all information about our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

International shipping is not available. If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in the United States.


Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Business days for transit are Monday through Saturday (carrier delivery schedule).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and external factors such as weather or high shipping volume during holidays.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is the sum of processing time and transit time:

Example: An order placed on a Monday may be shipped by Wednesday or Thursday and delivered within the following 5–9 business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package directly with the carrier

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page on our Website.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@calmii.de.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted U.S. shipping carriers including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The specific carrier used for your order depends on your location, package size, and availability. We select the carrier that provides the most reliable and efficient delivery for your order.


Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest status update.
  2. Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers may experience minor delays.
  3. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), contact us at info@calmii.de and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Check any safe locations around your delivery address.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  2. Contact us at info@calmii.de within 90 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@calmii.de. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Before shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@calmii.de. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will accommodate your request.
  • After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
